That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Fort Worth Team Behind Hollis Air Duct Fort Worth
Roy Castellanos has built the Fort Worth crew the way he’d want a crew working in his own house: people who show up on time, know their equipment cold, and don’t leave until the job’s done right. Every technician on this team is background-checked, uniformed, and trained on the same professional-grade tools that commercial crews use. That means Rotobrush rotary brush systems, Nikro negative-air machines, and filtration products from Honeywell, Aprilaire, Abatement Technologies, and Guardsman. The team covers Fort Worth, Arlington, Keller, Southlake, and the surrounding Tarrant County neighborhoods. Roy’s been running this location since 2004, and the people below are the reason homeowners keep calling back.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been cleaning residential air systems in Fort Worth for over a decade, and he’s seen just about everything a Texas duct system can throw at him: dust-caked returns in Ridglea, pet hair packed into flex duct in Benbrook, and the fine silt that blows in during dry summers. He’s certified on Rotobrush rotary brush systems and Nikro negative-air machines, which means he runs the full HEPA-filtered vacuum setup on most jobs, not a portable shop vac. Marcus is the guy who walks you through before-and-after photos of your own system before he packs up. When he’s not on a job, he’s rebuilding a 1987 Chevy pickup in his garage in North Richland Hills.
Dana L. – Senior Installer, Duct Sealing
Dana specializes in duct sealing, and she’s the first to tell you that a properly sealed system is the difference between paying to condition your living room and paying to condition your attic. She works with mastic and UL-listed tapes, not the cheap foil stuff that peels off in a season or two. Dana’s done sealing work in older Fort Worth homes with metal ducts from the 1960s and in new construction with flex runs, so she knows how different systems fail differently. She keeps a small notebook in her work van with sketches of unusual duct layouts she’s encountered. Outside of work, she runs the scoring table for her daughter’s volleyball club.
Victor M. – Service Coordinator
Victor is the voice on the phone when you call Hollis Air Duct Fort Worth. He’s been with the Fort Worth location for five years and handles scheduling, pricing, and the written quote that goes out before any work starts. If you’ve ever called and gotten a real person instead of a voicemail tree, that was Victor. He knows the service area street by street, from Wedgwood to Saginaw, and he’ll tell you honestly whether a job is a two-hour cleaning or a half-day sealing project. Victor grew up in Fort Worth’s Southside and still complains about traffic on I-35W like it’s a personal grudge.
Chris E. – Apprentice Technician
Chris joined the team in 2023 after finishing HVAC coursework at Tarrant County College. He works alongside Marcus and Dana on nearly every job, running the negative-air setup and handling filter replacement while learning the full cleaning and sealing process. Chris is the detail person on the crew; he’s the one double-checking that every register is replaced correctly and every work area is swept before the van pulls away. He’s originally from Burleson and spends his weekends fishing at Lake Benbrook when the weather cooperates.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Hollis location operates under what the company calls The Garrison Code. It’s not a plaque on the wall. It’s four expectations: arrive inside the quoted window, put the price in writing before work begins, complete the job by the book, and leave the site clean. Roy’s crew in Fort Worth takes that seriously because they know the phone number on the van is answered by Victor, not a call center in another state. That means if something isn’t right, you’re not chasing a corporate office. You’re calling the same Fort Worth team that was in your house. The 365-Day Done Right Promise backs all of it: if work fails within a year, Hollis comes back at no charge, including a free second visit. No fine print, no negotiation. Roy has been part of the Garrison Partners family since 2004, and he’d rather eat the cost of a callback than leave a Fort Worth homeowner with a system that isn’t working the way it should. Each Hollis location is independently owned and operated under The Garrison Standard, so when you work with this crew, you’re working with people who live in Tarrant County, not a faceless national operation.
